Vendors that fail to follow these rules, may not be allowed to vend
in the future or could possibly be asked to leave the event. NO
REFUNDS
1. Vendors MUST vend all 4 days, open to close. No Early Tear
Downs.
2. All Booths must have at least one item present that identifies
the company name. (Banner, Tablecloth, Business Cards,
Sign. Etc.)
3. Do not cause any type of disturbance with other vendors,
Oysterfest staff, or customers.
4. Booth must be set-up and approved by 4:30pm on Thursday,
March 5, 2026.

Parking – Load In/Out
ENTRY – Enter thru gates behind Fulton Convention Center.
VENDOR PACKET/PARKING PASSES – They will be available at
the time of entry. Parking pass/booth number must be clearly
displayed on dashboard while on premises.
SET UP – Vendors must completely unload and move
vehicles/trailers to vender parking BEFORE starting to setup.
TEAR DOWN – Booth should be completely torn down BEFORE
bringing your vehicles or trailers inside the gates.
PARKING – All Vendors must park in the designated vendor
parking on the north side of the Fulton Convention Center.
